24 HOUR CANCELLATION REQUIRED.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a reservation will result in a one night charge. Cancelled reservations or early departures from a multiple night reservation must be made prior to 3pm the day before, to avoid a cancellation fee.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
Check-in is at 4p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice and is subject to availability. A credit card with valid ID is required at check in. A $100 incidental hold is placed on the credit card in addition to any room charges. This hold will be released at check out after determining any final charges.
There is a $15 pet fee per night, per pet. Pets cannot be left unattended in the guest rooms at any time for any reason. Pets must be leashed and secured any time they are outside of guest rooms. Guests are responsible for clean up and all pet actions. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub/pool areas.
Any additional cleaning due to a pet will be subject to up to a $250 fee.
This is a 100% non-smoking establishment. Smoking inside of rooms or in the hot/tub pool area, meeting room, breakfast area and lobby is strictly prohibited. You may be charged additional fees for non-compliance.
